What we collect

When you create an account and use the portal, we keep:

• your name and email address;
• your birth date and, if you give them, your birth time and birth place;
• your answers to the quiz and the other questions the portal asks you;
• what you write in your journal, and your messages in Chat;
• the names and relationships of the people you add to your list of people;
• your purchases, your credits and your subscription.

You must be 18 or over to use the portal.

How we use it

• to sign you in and keep your account safe;
• to work out your readings, your day and your rituals from your birth details;
• to run Chat and write some of the texts you see;
• to take payments, give you your credits and purchases, and handle refunds;
• to answer you when you contact support.

Chat and AI

Your guides in Chat are AI, and some of the texts in the portal are written by AI. To write them, a third-party AI provider processes text we send it: your first name, your sun sign, a short description of your love life, today’s influences, and, in Chat, what you type.

Names of other people are not sent. Before your Chat text goes to the AI, any name from your list of people is replaced by the relationship (for example “my sister”). What you type elsewhere in the portal is not sent to write those texts.

Payments

Payments are taken by a payment processor. The portal never sees your full card number. We keep an encrypted token from the processor and the card’s brand, last four digits and expiry date, so we can show you which card you use and charge a renewal.

Signing in, cookies and devices

You sign in with a six-digit code we email to you; there is no password. The code works for ten minutes and is stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in (a session lasts up to 30 days after your last visit and never more than 180 days) and to mark a device you have signed in on before, which helps us protect your account from guessing. [ANALYTICS / ADVERTISING COOKIES: STATE WHETHER ANY ARE USED].

Who we share it with

We share your information only with the services that help us run the portal, such as our email, hosting, payment and AI providers, and when the law requires it.
